About WCP

Purpose

The World Children’s Project is a registered US 501(c)(3) organization that partners with educational institutions providing dual-language, experiential learning that values the local community and the environment. The objective is cultural exchange and to educate and prepare underprivileged students to become thoughtful, contributing leaders in their local communities and beyond.

History

Founded in 2006, World Children’s Project has been foundational in funding multicultural initiatives supporting underprivileged, school-aged children. What began with several short-term projects in Africa has now evolved into more large-scale projects including significant support for La Paz Community School located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Present & Future

The World Children’s Project (WCP) is using resources to build for the future, with the goal of becoming a dependable, sustainable source of support for its partner programs. Programs are carefully selected because their goals align with those of the WCP.
